Do you think the flying thunder god technique was/is the greatest technique ever invented in Naruto?

It’s hard to say if its the greatest technique ever in Naruto because Madara uses something like the Flying Thunder God technique and Kakashi (someone who has witnessed Minato’s use of it) and said that Madara’s was more advanced then the Yondaimes.
And it’s hard to say if Naruto were to surpass his father just by learning that technique. You have to consider that he’s a sage now like Jiraiya was. You also have to consider the fact that Yondaime never completed the Rasengan before he died. Naruto, on the other hand, did.
I think with everything considered, he might be on par if not just under Minato’s strength. If he hasn’t surpassed Yondaime, then learning the Flying Thunder God technique certainly wouldn’t hurt him in that race.
